Since 1995, WBCSD has worked with members to deliver pragmatic solutions for sustainable action and to advocate for policy levers to support their implementation. Part of WBCSD’s work for actions on the climate change front includes the Business Manifesto for Climate Recovery, which focuses on the most urgent actions needed now to combat climate change.
In this manifesto, 12 priority actions vital for concrete transformations to take place are highlighted, underpinned by five core guidelines. These actions represent our collective view of the highest priority for global business leaders and policymakers if we are to halt damaging temperature rises and begin the process of climate recovery.
BCSD Malaysia supports and embodies these values, and we encourage our members to join us in pushing these key actions to contribute to the climate recovery process moving forward.
